Guide for Listening

1. Preparation

  • Sit or lie down comfortably
  • Use quality stereo headphones
  • Calm your breath and relax the body

2. Start the Session

  • Play your selected channeled frequency video
  • Keep the volume at a moderate, comfortable level

3. Observation

  • Gently watch the video without mental analysis
  • Observe the light, colors, symbols, or codes

4. Connect with the Frequency

  • When it feels right, close your eyes
  • Focus on the tones and how they feel in your body
  • Just feel – no need to think

5. Presence

  • Simply be there without goals or expectations
  • The frequency works on a deep level
  • No need to understand, change, or control the experience
  • Your energy field knows what to receive and when
  • Emotions, visions, silence, or nothing may arise — just keep practicing

6. Gently return from the meditative state

  • Take a few deeper breaths when you finish
  • Open your eyes slowly
  • Drink some water to support integration of spiritual energies into the physical body

You are free to listen to the frequencies for as long and as often as feels aligned with your being. There is no fixed time frame, rule, or limit to how many times per day you can engage with them. Each individual has their own rhythm and way of receiving — so trust your inner feeling, follow your intuitive guidance, and let the quiet wisdom of your soul show you when, how long, and why.

For most individuals, listening through headphones is recommended, as it allows for deeper immersion and a clearer perception of subtle sound layers. However, the frequencies can also be experienced through other sound emitters such as TV speakers, mini sound systems, computers, or external audio devices — what matters most is that the playback method feels comfortable and helps you stay relaxed and present.

Do not listen to these frequencies while driving, cycling, operating machinery, or engaging in any activity that requires full attention. Because of their deeply relaxing and potentially trance-inducing effects, it is strongly recommended to experience them only in a safe and calm environment.
